There is no role which C.J.Reddy has not donned since he started his career as a cinematographer in 1968.His close associations with many government officials, politicians, beurocrats of India (Presidents V.V.Giri,Fakruddin Ali Ahmad,PM Indira Gandhi) and stalwarts in media (KS Prakash Rao,Charu Hassan,BR Chopra,Ramanand Sagar,Jaya Bachan), reinforce only one belief – “There is nothing impossible” if one is determined to work hard.
His experience as a cinematographer, newsreel officer, director, advisor of films, 1 st TV channel promoter, consultant, producer and director for various government and private organisations, COO of SVBC etc. ; has helped us in being instrumental not only to work on projects of various nature but also to guide and mentor many technicians with their projects.
A twin time Nandi awardee and an international award winner holds a Diploma in Cinematography and a Certificate in Television Production.

Pratima’s degrees are more than what a thermometer can hold. She has an MA (English), P.G.Diploma in Mass communication &Journalism, Higher Diploma In Software Engineering and an MA (Film & Video) apart from few others.
Having worked across various industry verticals for over two decades,she keeps our passion of filmmaking ignited at all times. Her experience in the corporate (IT) sector, media houses and in the educational sector brings to all our work a professional approach, ‘on-the-go’ attitude and adds a ‘wave of energy’ that never runs out .
As a filmmaker, she has worked on more than 100+ projects on various topics for clients of National and International repute and has also won few awards.

Prabhu is one name which is very prominently heard in the TV industry since the 1970’s.With a Diploma in Cinematography, he started his career in 1969 with V. shantaraam rajkamal studio. Many stalwarts like BR chopra, Yash Chopra, J. omprakash, Rishikesh Mukherjee and more are well acquainted with his work. Over the years his production and direction skills have helped us decide – ‘what works’ and ‘what doesn’t in the current scenario of the technologically advanced media industry.

A six time Nandi awardee who made the first ever TV serial for DD and produced many serials, documentaries and corporate videos thereafter is currently the Chairman of Vilbums Films Pvt. Ltd. which caters to the new generation of filmmakers.

A reputed scholar, teacher and choreographer ,Guru Kamalini Dutt has created original dance compositions for solo and group performances (using three styles of classical dance forms) and has nurtured several young artistes who have now acquired national repute.
As a television producer, she was closely associated with many stalwarts in the field of music and dance for over 4 decades.
As a Director, Central Archives Doordarshan, New Delhi , she has pioneered the major digitisation initiative as it was the need of the hour. Her efforts were instrumental in preserving, restoring and disseminated more than 100 titles as DVDs and CDs of precious archival content. She introduced the Media Asset Management (MAM) solution which was first of its kind in the country.

Educated in India, Canada and the U.S., Dr. Pendakur has been one of the leading political economists in media studies. He has held academic and administrative positions at prestigious universities, including chairing the Department of Radio-TV-Film at Northwestern University and as Dean at the University of Western Ontario, Southern Illinois University, and Florida Atlantic University.
As a social activist, he was instrumental in founding a human rights organization in Chicago known as India Alert and also the Union for Democratic Communications, an academic organization. He serves on several community boards including the Friends of Gumbo Limbo Nature Center Board, Friends of the Boca Raton Public Library, and the American Civil Liberties Union-Palm Beach County.

T.T.Joseph is a sound engineer by profession and with a Journalism degree, his career spans across various government agencies in different capacities like a maintenance engineer, sound recordist, field publicity officer, assistant news editor and more.
He is known for his perfectionism in all the tasks he has taken up.

Dorai Raj is a cameraman by profession and has travelled extensively with Prime Ministers of India for various global events. His Masters in Sociology, Journalism degree, Television Production knowledge and his film studies degree have been an advantage for many of his students while he was a faculty at Pondicherry University and Asian College of Journalism, Chennai.
As a Video executive he has produced programs of various nature for Doordarshan Kendras of Delhi, Amritsar and Chennai. He has also served as Director of Doordarshan Kendra, Pondicherry for a long time.

Loganathan began his journey as a sound engineer with various reputed government organisations and then he moved on to helm the role of Principal for FTIT, Chennai. During his tenure as a Principal he created a platform for students to showcase their work in association with Doordarshan Kendra, Chennai on their television network and he was instrumental in modernising the curriculum at FTIT by equipping the school with latest technologically advanced equipment..
The Raj Kamal (prestigious National film award) awardee has been a technical advisor for many mega serials and films. He has also been the Technical Consultant and Project Co-ordinator for setting up of the reputed J.J. Film City in Chennai.
